(Studio) Representative Allan Howe goes on trial in Salt Lake City, UT, for soliciting sex acts from 2 undercover policewomen. Representative Robert Leggett says he'll run for reelection despite "Washington Post" charges that Leggett had 2nd family (mistress and 2 illegitimate children) and forged his wife's name on deed transferring house to mistress.
