(Studio) Witnesses for prosecution testify of Sirhan Sirhan practicing at pistol range before killing Senator Robert F. Kennedy.

(Los Angeles, California) Prosecution tries to show premeditation. David Montellano says at San Gabriel Valley gun club and saw Sirhan shooting at 11:30 a.m. Ronald Williams says Sirhan there at 5 p.m. Mrs. Claudia Williams says Sirhan practiced rapid firing. Michael Saccoman shows replica of Sirhan's target. Sirhan told Saccoman he was going hunting. Gun salesman testifies. State employee Everett Chamberlain testifies of handling papers which attest sale of gun. Policeman testifies of handling gun night of shooting. Defense Attorney Grant Cooper questions him. Judge Herbert Walker feels there has to be complete trial for history's sake.
