(Studio) Governor Ronald Reagan attends Bd. of Regents meeting at University California in Berkeley. Violence disrupts campus yesterday.

(Berkeley, California) Tear gas bombs fly back and forth between students and police. 26 persons arrested. National Guard at campus today. Reagan says University should operate as though in a state of emergency. Protesters calm down. Want ethnic studies in college at any cost.
