(Studio) Israeli Premier Levi Eshkol dies of heart attack at age 73. Yigal Allon named acting premier until election. Eshkol willing to talk out peace settlement with Arabs. In "Newsweek" interview, he said Israel occupies Arab land won in war. Why should we ask Arabs to take it all back? If we lost the war, they would have hanged us.
