(Marin Cnty., California) Rainfall is 1/3 of normal amount here. Water supply low. Cattle thirsty. Representative John Burton proposes aircraft carrier be docked to turn sea water into drinking water for towns. [Bolinas Water representative Paul KAYSETZ - notes extent of water shortage.] Roadblock turns back tourists to conserve water.
