(Studio) House sub-committee discovers National Security Agency sent message to Joint Chiefs of Staff warning Pueblo mission risky. Congress Otis Pike says message not delivered.

(DC) [PIKE - says no member of Joint Chiefs of Staff got message. Redirected to Pacific Commander Chief, but he didn't get it. Chief Naval Operations didn't get it either. Something wrong with system when message of importance doesn't get there.]
