(Studio) State Department representative says India used American nuclear material to set off its atomic explosion in 1974. Nuclear Regulatory Commission holds meeting with regard to export of more uranium to India. State Department completes talks with Israel and Egypt with regard to sale of nuclear power reactors. Congress and President haven't okayed sale yet.
