(Studio) Secretary of State Henry Kissinger calls on North Korea and China (PR) to sit with United States in South Korea and New York to discuss new armistice for Korea. United States keeps 40,000 troops in South Korea, under United Nations command. Kissinger rejects idea of American pullout.
