(Studio) Representative Allan Howe found guilty of soliciting sex for money.
REPORTER: Harry Reasoner

(Salt Lake City, California) Judge Raymond Uno's instructions to jury noted. Defense attorney Dean Mitchell contends Howe was victim of police entrapment. [MITCHELL - says he maintained all along that Howe couldn't get fair trial.] [HOWE - believes justice will be done in district court ] Howe fined $150 and draws 30 days in jail, to be suspended. Howe free on $300 bond.
