(Studio) Astronauts send back 1st live color pictures of earth. Film of earth and inside ship shown accompanied by astronauts' voices. Stafford and Young demonstrate weightlessness. No up and down in gravitationless craft. May get to moon in this decade as former President John F. Kennedy predicted. Senator Edward Kennedy says after moon explored, money for space program should be reduced and spent for earth problems.
