(Memphis, Tennessee) Ray's new attys. say Ray misrep. by former attys. Assistant Attorney General Robert Dwyer says Ray waived right to new trial by pleading guilty and signing statement. Defense Attorney Robert Hill says constitutionally no man should be able to waive right of new trial. [Defense Attorney J.B. STONER - says attys. decided not to bring up coercion by former attys.]
