(Durham, Connecticut) Town meeting called to discuss United States Const. [SPKR. - says original vote should not be altered.] [2nd SPKR. - says town not voting against original vote but is now ready to accept Const.] [3rd SPKR. - says will think about it.] [4th SPKR. - asks for Const. synopsis.] [5th SPKR. - says he lost his voice.] [6th SPKR. - calls for vote.] Town votes 520-6 to approve Const.
