(Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) Royal yacht, Brittannia, arrives at spot where William Penn landed. Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip greet Mayor Frank Rizzo. Crowd enthusiastic. She visits City Hall and Liberty Bell. [Queen ELIZABETH - notes Britain's loss of American colonies in 1776.] She presents new Bicentennial bell to US.
