(Studio) United Nations Security Council to begin debate Friday on Israeli raid against hijackers in Uganda. Organization of American States claims violation of Ugandan territory. Officials say Israel can prove Uganda's President Idi Amin collaborated with hijackers. Radio Uganda warns people today of 30 alien planes' approach. Ugandans told to attack planes and watch for West spies. Amin silent about matter.
