(Detroit, Michigan) Winners were black candidate Richard Austin and Sheriff Roman Gribbs. No mud-slinging. [GRIBBS - says no race issue.] [AUSTIN - says deal with issues and let population know I'm for all the people. Hope election won't be like Los Angeles.] Austin needs more white support.
