(Studio) Med. and hospital costs boom. California hospital cuts prices

(San Diego, California) Private rooms costs cut from $70 to $55. Incls. color TV. Disposable items cut down costs. 30% of laundry costs cut. Kitchen items also throw-aways. [Hospital Admin. James BRAY - says engineering standards used here allow 7% cost drop.] Computer helps with efficiency. Patients get 4 hrs. nursing per day. Closed circuit television assists.
