(Studio) Congress committee to decide Monday upon new addition to Capitol Building

(DC) Capitol complex shown. West front Capitol needs reinforcement Congress leaders considering pushing wall out. Men who decide on architectural changes: Vice President Spiro Agnew; Speaker of House John McCormack; Representative Gerald Ford, and Senator Everett Dirksen. Capitol architect J. George Stewart, 79, isn't architect. He's builder who once served Congress term. If West front sealed off, 115 additional rooms to be built.
