(Studio) Nixon reported on State of Union and economy, and on February 18, will give Congress his report on State of World which will probably include foreign policy and weapons development like ABM.

(Denver, Colorado) Plutonium found in soil, came from Atomic Energy Commission plant at Rocky Flats. Scientist at plant claim there is no danger. Plutonium spread nearly 10 miles during fire of one building. [C. W. PILTINGSRUD - said no danger at present according to guidelines.] Scientist asking now if guidelines are right.
