(Studio) Secretary William Rogers still in Ethiopia. He heard secretary of Org. of African Unity turn a welcoming address into speech about American policy in Africa. Rogers' reply was that African cntrys. must solve own problems rather than expect others to do it for them. [Secretary ROGERS - motivated by what we can do, not what others can do; have no desire for any special influence in Africa.] Rogers later met with Haile Selassie, then President Tito of Yugoslavia.
