(Studio) London magistrate's court filled today with those arrested during riots at Caribbean festival Monday night.
REPORTER: Howard K. Smith

(London, England) Londoners now wonder why racial disturbance happened and who's to blame. [Community social worker Jeff CRAWFORD - says it wasn't riot in sense of blacks versus whites; but was blacks against police who were all white.] Police deny blacks' claims police almost provoked riot by being out in large numbers [Metro police commissioner Sir Robert MARK - says groups of youths were working at festival picking pockets, robbing people.] Not considered race riot, but group of blacks and few whites against police; however, incident shows increasing race problem in Britain due to influx of West Indians.
