(Studio) President Ford, according to government sources faces Securities and Exchange Commission probe of United States Steel hosting government officials, especially Gerald Ford when in Congress William Whyte confirms incident.

(DC) Bay Hill Country Club in Florida shown. Whyte says Ford was entertained here, and also in New Jersey. John Dean, White House lawyer during Nixon administration, suggests in book Ford got under-table corporation funds while in Congress Dean cites William Timmons conversation. Dean quote of Timmons with regard to Ford read. Timmons denies matter. Phillips Petroleum Company report to Securities and Exchange Commission shows Ford among recipients of illegal funds. White House says Ford did not know gifts were illegal.
