(Studio) Several believe FBI acted wrongly in recent hijacking in which 3 persons killed.

(Jacksonville, Florida) Attys. for survivors and plane's owners came to find proof that FBI acted wrongly in stopping plane's flight. United States Attorney says FBI had to do what they did. Nashville, Tennessee, attys. disagreed. [Attorney Gilbert MERRITT, Junior, - says serious mistake made in using force. Director of these activities responsible. They should have let plane leave.] Fed. grand jury indicts Bobby Wayne Wallace for helping with hijacking.
