(Studio) Senate Foreign Relations Committee approves plan to limit money, in Laos, Cambodia, and South Vietnam, for sole purpose of withdrawal. Proposal drafted by Senators Frank Church and John Sherman Cooper. Committee also approved Mansfield amendment, which calls for withdrawal, in 6 mos., if American POWs released. Committee votes to reduce administration's foreign aid request by $349 million and bar any aid to Greece and Pakistan.
