(Saigon, South Vietnam) Americans at Ton Son Nhut Air Force Base feel it's less bother and safer to stay on base rather than go into town. USO club attendance drops. GIs must wear dress khaki when in civilian areas off duty. Fights occur often and vehicles burned.
