(Studio) Knapp Commission hears reports of gratuities to New York City police by hotels: Americana, Taft, New York Hilton and Statler Hilton.

(NYC) [Commission spokesperson Mark K. HANSON - says all hotel personnel denied gratuities to police; free meals and free rooms given.] Hotel representatives will testify Friday [Tow truck operator George BURKERT - relates incident in which officers gave him 13 tickets. Ofrs. said they found marijuana in the police car and tries to blame it on Burkert or another.]
