(Studio) Army promised rehabilitation plan for drug addicts, without repercussions when drug problem 1st found out.

(Long Binh, South Vietnam) Chaplain's assistant, sergeant Marvin Brady, "Bro. Rap", cnsls. men at drug treatment center He and others told soldiers there'd be complete amnesty and no record of addiction if turned selves in. Army now records it in man's medical file. 4 men left after told of new policy. [BRADY - feels few will join program.]
