(Boston, Massachusetts) Goal was to register 4,000 of area's 100,000 eligible voters; only 200 in 1st few hrs. after rock music, speeches. [Senator Edmund MUSKIE - says numbers here show you do care. Pols. say you won't vote.] [Representative Paul McCLOSKEY, Junior - says youth registrations could show youth demanding new priorities.] Youth important in 1972 election.
