(Studio) South govs. conference ends with passage of resolution with regard to desegregation and busing. Govs. urge national policy on desegregation.
REPORTER: John Chancellor

(Atlanta, Georgia) Govs. reject resolutions of Governor John Bell Williams and Governor George C. Wallace in favor of resolution calling for national policy on busing. [Governor Marvin HANDEL - says some districts under court order to bus or have funds taken away; taking away funds would leave them in mire.] House praised for anti-busing action, but resolution urges funds not be cut off until national policy. Most whites don't like busing and hold political power.
