(Studio) Price commission sticks to 2 1/2% price increase limit; allows General Motors Corporation 2 1/2% rise in 1972 models; looks at Ford and Chrysler requests. Pay board with its 5 1/2% wage limit will look at new coal contract. Bd. adjourns without decision in retroactive wages; votes down labor's request for blanket retroactivity. Govt. reports no raises for construction workers.
