(Studio) Thousands of European farmers on rioting and looting rampage in Brussels, Belgium, protesting Common Mkt. farm prices; 1 farmer, 1 gendarme killed.

(Brussels, Belgium) Farmers from 6 cntries. demand 10-15% price increase for products. Common Mkt. Agriculture ministers meeting in Brussels to set new prices. Farmers feel have no future; many farms too small to be profitable. At end of protest march, violence begins. Film shows police using tear gas, water cannons, clubs, protesters throwing bricks.
