(Fort Meade, MD) Henderson claims rights violated by My Lai Investigation Cmsn.; wasn't warned was suspect when 1st testified. Mil. officers will be interviewed to determine validity of Henderson claim. [Defense Attorney Henry ROTHBLATT - says General Westmoreland briefed concerning My Lai 1 month after incident; thinks, if Henderson to be held responsible, even better case could be made against Westmoreland.] Westmoreland maintains didn't learn of incident until mos. later.
