(San Clementel California) Movie Ind. asks for help to offset low profits and high unemployment, due to foreign competition in form of tax relief legislature Nixon tells Ldrs. Congress won't consider any more single industry tax relief this yr. [Motion picture Association President Jack VALENTI - says Nixon listened well; had chance to explain industry problems in depth for 1st time.]
