(Studio) Unions strike 2 RRs for attempts to change work rules.

(Chicago, Illinois) Under present rules, railroad workers get day's pay for every 100-150 mile traveled; crews changed every 2-3 hrs.; workers dislike attempts to create 8 hour shifts. [Engineer J.F. BORCHERDING - says if rules changed, will retired] Today 1st day of new rules.
