(Studio) Kentucky dam nearly bursts.

(Morehead, Kentucky) Heavy rains create wake behind dam under construction; people below dam evacuate voluntarily. [Kentucky Lieutenant Governor Wendell FORD - says about 1/2 of 1,000 people below dam evacuated.] Army corps of engineers keeping dam height 3 foot above water level. [Colonel John RHETT - says won't breach dam to drain water unless level threatens to top dam.]
