(DC) Copter pilot James O. Vogan tells of rancher paying $15,000 bounty to have eagles killed. [VOGAN - says eagles difficult to kill.] [Senator Gale West McGEE - asks how many eagles killed.] [VOGAN - says own estimate of eagles killed, 570 on one ranch, 200 on other ranches.] Shooting eagles illegal.
