(Studio) North Ireland appears on brink of civil war, 2 gunmen killed in attack on army post in Belfast; at least 9 killed throughout North Ireland today.

(Belfast, North Ireland) Govt. arrests 300 suspected terrorists, IRA (Irish Republican Army) mbrs. [N. Ireland Prime Min. Brian FAULKNER - says those arrested members of groups that have committed murders, threatened existence of communities; asks those believing internment evil, if allowing those arrested to remain at liberty not more of an evil.] Film shows youths throwing rocks, soldiers shooting rubber bullets, bldgs. burning.
