(Camp Humphreys, South Korea) Army begins Get Info. Together program to deal with racial polarization. [Sp/4 James WILLIAMS - says discrimination has become subtle; comes out in promotions, judicial system, but hard to prove.] GIs take discrimination complaints to GIs cmtes. [1st sergeant Jess HART - doesn't think GIT cmtes. will solve anything; problems should be handled by those knowing what's going on; believes GIT plotting against US Army.]
