(Spokane, WA) Extensive building going on for $70 million World's Fair. Man and his environment theme of 1st ecological fair. Problem in getting enough exhibitors. [ President Expo `74, King COLE - confident will have enough exhibitors.] Many people of Spokane do not want fair there. [Attorney Riner DEGLOW - says does not see how fair can make money or even break even. ]
