(Studio) Many draft resisters from Vietnam war scattered over world.

(Stockholm, Sweden) 400-500 draft deserters and resisters in Sweden. [Charles ROUGLE of Helena, Montana - says blame for war lies with President Nixon, not with draft resisters.] [Herb WASHINGTON , of Pawtucket, Rhode Island - says will accept no conditions for return to US.] [ROUGLE - agrees with Washington.] [Lew SIMON, New York City - says he doesn't object to form of alternative service in US, but does object to insinuation that the draft resisters were wrong. Does not like being used for furthering aggressive US foreign policy.] [ROUGLE - says alternative service seen as a form of punishment by Americans]
