(Border between West Germany and Czechoslovakia) United States has 300,000 men in NATO. USSR wants to freeze postwar boundaries. Wants United States out of Europe. (1968 film shown of Russian invasion of Czechoslovakia.) USSR claimed right to invade Czechoslovakia in `68 under Brezhnev Doctrine. United States wants USSR to renounce the doctrine. Warsaw Pact has 1 million men.
