(Gloucester, Massachusetts) Fisherman unhappy about USSR fishing boats off coast. [Captain Nich. PARISI - says United States needs 200-mile limit for national waters.] [Frank CURRERI - says government should keep foreign boats further out than present 12-mi. limit.] [Matthew PARISI - says Nixon promised Captain O'Brien government would help fishermen, but it hasn't.] Fishermen also resent taxes. Massachusetts only state that voted for McGovern.
