(Studio) Los Angeles "Times" turns over taped interview with Alfred Baldwin, witness in Watergate case, after Baldwin (ex-FBI agent who described his role in break-in at Democrat headquarters last June) says he has no objections. "Times" Washington Bureau chief John Lawrence cited for contempt for refusal to turn over tapes, freed of charges.
