(Hanoi, North Vietnam) Film shows United States POW's Dwayne P. Robert, Carl F. Jethco, Brian Ward. All POW's report good treatment and hope for end of war. Film shows bomb damage in Hanoi. United States has lost at least 15 B-52's. Many residents of Hanoi have moved to countryside. Many have died.
