(Studio) Margaret (Midge) Costanza heads White House public liaison office, which hears complaints from pressure groups and individuals. (Film shown.) Background on Costanza, once vice-mayor of Rochester, New York, and now top ranking woman in White House, noted. She was only one of aides to speak openly against Carter's stand on federal funds for abortion. Costanza says if Carter has any problems, it's that even closest aides don't give him enough feedback.
