(Studio) Death toll in West Virginia flood rose to 66 today. Dan had collapsed.

(Logan County, West Virginia) State police and National Guards search wreckage for more bodies. [One man blames coal companies for dams made of waste, which eventually collapse.] Coal companies say they asked state to let them drain lakes, but state refused as it would hurt trout fishing. (Man, West Virginia) Survivors visit temporary morgue seeking relatives and friends.
