(Logan County, West Virginia) Funerals held for victims of flood. Toll now at 75. National Guard says search for bodies goes slowly in huge piles of debris. Toll expected to reach 90. State health department inoculates survivors to prevent typhoid epidemic. Army establishes water supply locations. Department of Interior had, in 1967, warned West Virginia that these slag dams were unsafe, but no action was taken.
