(Studio) Angela Davis accepts all white jury for her trial, consisting of 8 women and 4 men.

(San Jose, California) Early acceptance of jury by prosecution and defense came as surprise. Miss Davis says she thinks jury will try to give her a fair trial. [Defense Attorney, Leo BRANTON - says since prosecution dismissed only Negro prospective juror, defense must settle for all white jury.] [Free Angela Committee, Franklin ALEXANDER - says acceptance of jury does not mean fair trial for Angela Davis.] 4 alternate jurors must now be selected.
