(Taiwan) Nationalist Chinese leaders watch military display for reassurance after president Nixon announces withdrawal of United States troops there. Taiwan's army is large and well trained. Peking will probably not try to take Taiwan by force, however, but will wait until old leaders die off and new leaders replace them. Reconciliation may follow.
