(Toledo, Ohio) Report on money problems for Toledo, Ohio, and other school dists. and solutions being sought. Closing of Toledo's schools and last football game between 2 of them cited, along with school tax levy vote upcoming. Previous money problems here noted, include month-long holiday at Christmas as result. [State senate president Oliver OCASEK - notes lack of votes for tax funding last year and legislature's refusal to help systems anymore.] Rodgers high school students' efforts to get vote for money cited. [Student Mark RIDENOUR - notes students have no representative on board and felt it time voters heard from them.] Board's statement on future cuts in system noted.
