(Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) [MUSKIE - says he will campaign in both Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, but will not enter all primaries; only those where delegates are. Says this does not constitute a change in plans.]
REPORTER: Douglas Kiker
(Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) Muskie insists he is still a strong presidential candidate. [MUSKIE - says he has all indicators of front runner, but press says his campaign is collapsing. Expects poll ratings to fluctuate somewhat.]
